Philosophy:

As a coach and player, my philosophy has always been that if you want to achieve your goals you have to work hard to get there.

I set high standards for my players and expect them to work hard to meet them. I believe a coach is a not only a teacher but also a role model. Because of this, I do my best to conduct myself in a positive and respectful way. My goal as a coach is to prepare responsible, intelligent, hard working players for the next level as well as help them to develop a passion and love for the “beautiful game”.
