BIO: Coach Lipscomb was born in Bartlesville but would not move here full time until years later. He was raised primarily in Miami, OK where he participated in any and every sport. He
went on to play for the Wardogs and lettered in soccer, football, wrestling and track. A lot of other boring stuff went on, but for the sake of brevity we will move on to what brought him to Bartlesville. In 2001 Coach Lipscomb graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma and was hired by Bartlesville Public Schools. It was then he was approached about being an assistant for the Bruins and soon
after started coaching for FCB. In 2003 Coach Lipscomb did what many thought was impossible, he got married. Coach Lipscomb is very grateful for his wife, not just for her lack of judgment in marrying him or the patience it takes to be married to him, but also for her willingness to let him spend countless
hours away from home that coaching requires. Coach Lipscomb and his wife have 4 beautiful daughters. Coach Lipscomb is a long time supporter of FC Barcelonaand the University of Oklahoma.

Playing Career:
Coach Lipscomb played for various club teams growing up and played for the Miami Wardogs where they
copmpeted for a State Championship his senior year and lost due to several poor decisions from the official, and so began his disdain for all persons with cards, whistles or flags. He went on
from there to attend college at Bartlesville Wesleyan College (now OKWU) and played for 1 season for the Eagles. After that, a knee injury forced him off the pitch and returned to Miami
to finish his associates at NEO A&M. From there Coach Lipscomb transferred to the University of Central
Oklahoma and played football until a knee injury sidelined him once again. Since that time he has competed in various adult leagues and tournament teams when the teams can meet his financial
demands.
