(1).gif) The Junior Development League (JDL) is set up to maximize player development and competition. For this reason teams will be paired up a week or more in advance depending on previous week's performance in training and scheduled matches. |
Teams should plan on playing 2 matches per play date with short break in between games. Estimated number of games per season is between 10 and 12 excluding tournaments or indoor leagues.

League Games will utilize different formats such as 5v5, 7v7, and 9v9 all of which are more optimal for proper player development at these ages.
