- 1985 BHS Bruin and Lady Bruin soccer teams became Varsity sport

- 1993 Robinwood Fields are renamed Larry Benbrook Fields
- 1993 Lease Signed with Bartlesville Wesleyan College for Silver Lake fields
- 1993 Soccer fields at Robinwood Park Officially named Benbrook Fields (in memory of Larry Benbrook)
- Fall 1994 Adams Lake Soccer Complex Developed
- Fall 1994 Starting paying all referees
- Jan. 1995 Club Standing Resolutions adopted
- Feb. 1995 Club Logo adopted
- March 1995 Registration fee raised to $22
- May 1995 Started Using Pre-Printed Registration forms mailed to members

- April 1996 Registration fee raised to $25 to cover referee costs

- Feb. 1997 City Bond Issue Passed giving Club $80,000 for field development
- Dec. 1997 Phillips Petroleum makes donation of $10,000 to Club
- Fall 1998 Participation medals given to all Under-10 players
- Fall 2000 Made offer to Purchase Land for New Game Fields near Oak Park
- Spring 2001 Purchased New Land near Oak Park for fields, to be called the Gerard Field Complex
- 2002 First layout proposed for the Gerard Field Complex
- 2005 – 2006 Gerard Fields returned to City of Bartlesville in exchange for future field development
- Spring 2007 Received donation for 2 sets of U10 Aluminum Goals
- Summer 2007 Bulletin Boards at Robinwood and Adams Lake fields updated to include club information and sponsorships
- Summer 2007 Online registration implemented through GotSoccer
- 2007-2010 Competitive soccer develops its own web site
- April 2008 WCSC receives $1500 grant from OSA to help recover from the damage caused from the floods
- May 2008 Parks bond passed to extend Silver Lake Road from Frank Phillips Boulevard to Tuxedo Boulevard, including traffic signals, engineering cost, right-of-way acquisition, utility and park facilities relocation, and storm water drainage systems
- Summer 2008 the club purchased first gas powered Graco field liner to mark the game fields
- June 2008 City of Bartlesville accepted bid from United Golf in the amount of $255,555 to renovate the Robinwood Park Soccer Fields. Money from the sale of the Gerard fields used for renovation
- Fall 2008-2009 North side of Benbrook Fields renovated. New irrigation and aluminum goals installed. Two additional U8 fields installed for a total of 6 U8 Fields and 2 U10 Fields. Small sided games played at Adams Lake soccer fields while renovation took place. Adams Lake East changed from one large field to 1 U10 and 4 U8 fields.
- Sept. 2008 Received grant from the Lyon Foundation to purchase zero turn mower
- Spring 2010 Registration fee raised to $50
- April 2010 the club Bylaws and Standing Resolutions amended to add a Director of Coaching position for WCSC
- July 2010 Signed new contract with city. Field usage fee of $500 or 10% of profits
- January 2011 Director of Public Relations added to the club Bylaws
- Fall 2011 New aluminum goals purchased for use on Field 13 and Field 14
- Fall 2011 Siemens donates 6 covered player benches to be used on Field 12, Field 13 and Field 14
