As players get older and grow larger so will the fields along with the number of players on the field until they are playing traditional 11 aside football.

Our program is designed to give them plenty of touches on the ball, with 45 minutes of exercises and games that focus on body awareness, individual skill with the ball, competition through games and free play (4v4 scrimmaging).
We designed the U7-U8 schedule to memic a traditional training schedule. Players will train twice per week and have 1 game on Saturdays. The fields are larger then 3v3, but still on the smaller side. We will add another player to the field and start learning about the 4 positions (Forward, Centerback/Defender, Right & Left Outside Midfielders) each player will rotate through. Goal scoring is still plentiful because we don’t use Keepers.
