Recreational Registration Online
We are excited for the next season of soccer to begin and want to get all the registration information on line for you. Please read through all the information below before registering your player for soccer. If you still have questions please email the Registrar at registrar@bartlesvillesoccer.org before you register.
Please check the Eligible Birth Dates for the Spring 2016 Season if you are not sure if your player is old enough to play this season or which age group they will play with: Eligible Birth Dates for the Spring 2016 Season
NOTE: ALL communication from WCSC will be done via email, your email address must be correct in gotsoccer if you wish to receive all information about the Fall season and upcoming events.
Instructions for registering online:
If your player has never registered with WCSC, click on the New Player Registration: Setup an Account. If you have more than one player you will want to create a Family Account under Family Registration. For just one player you will enter the information under Individual Users – New Account. It will ask you for your Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone number, Parent’s information, Emergency Contact Info, Allergies, and Insurance Policy.
If you have previously registered with WCSC, under Returning Players – Easy Register you will enter your players: Gender, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Zip Code. Then click Continue>> (Note: this information must match exactly what is in gotsoccer.)
IMPORTANT, You must agree that you will supply or have already supplied your players birth certificate select AGREE in the drop down menu in the top right corner and click continue. This is required to be placed on a team. If your player has never played soccer with WCSC, you will need to provide WCSC with your players’ birth certificate. You can mail a copy to WCSC PO Box 369 Bartlesville, OK 74005 or you can scan it in and email the scanned document to registrar@bartlesvillesoccer.org or you can load the scanned document to your players gotsoccer account.
If you need your players username and password on Player Registration Complete (Step 4 of 4) click on the link to retrieve your login information.
Once you have completed registration you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email with confirmation, please email the Registrar at registrar@bartlesvillesoccer.org
